These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any products from Computech (www.computechstore.in) or any of its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Mandatory Requirement
AN UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO IS REQUIRED OF ALL THE PARCELS WHICH IS MANDATORY FOR DOA / REPLACEMENT / INTRANSIT DAMAGE OF THE PARCEL. FAILING TO DO SO THE PRODUCTS WARRANTY / REPLACEMENT / DAMAGES WILL BE VOID AND THE REPLACEMENT WON'T BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Basic Terms & Conditions
Entity: “computechstore.in or its parent concern PUNAI ENTERPRISES” is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
Logistics: Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our warehouse.
GST Invoicing: We provide proper GST invoices against all products. To claim company GST, mention details during checkout and provide 3 pages of your GST certificate.
Product Components: Materials sold are spares and components and do not form a complete system unless specified as “New PC System”.
Legal: The court at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.

Note: No charges apply to modify orders before shipping. Refunds take 5-7 Working Days to reflect in the source of payment.
Warranty & RMA Policy
Service Type: All products carry Carry-In Warranty only. Both side shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer for RMA.
Manufacturer Warranty: Products come with Manufacturer/Distributor warranty only. In case of local service centers, customers must approach them directly.
Gaming Chairs: Strictly Part Replacement Only. No refunds are applicable for gaming chair orders.
Void Conditions: Physical damage, burnt pins, tampered warranty stickers, or cracks immediately void the warranty.
On-Site Reach: If your area is outside the brand's reach, on-site warranty automatically changes to Carry-In service.
Replacement & Refund Policy
Window: Requests must be made strictly within 72 Working Hours of delivery.
Usage: No returns/refunds if the product is used or returned due to "Change of Mind".
Condition: Goods once sold are accepted for warranty repair only if they are in good physical condition with original boxes/manuals.
