Return & Refund

• Requests for replacement or refund must be made strictly within 72 working hours from the date of delivery.
• After this period, neither Punai Enterprises nor Computech shall be held responsible for any refund or replacement.
• All replacements will only be processed in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms.
• Punai Enterprises does not provide any warranty or guarantee beyond what is offered by the original manufacturer.

Please note that returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted if the product is:

• Used: Any product showing signs of use or installation.
• Personal Preference: Items returned due to change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.
