AN UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARCELS. To verify the product's condition on arrival, you must record everything while unwrapping, including packaging, seals, and box condition. No claims for DOA or transit damage will be entertained without this video.

The 2-Hour Grace Period

We offer a small window for mistakes or changes of heart:

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 Hours of placement without any convenience fees.
During this time, you may request to change, upgrade, or downgrade your product without penalty.
Orders with a value Less than ₹1,000 cannot be cancelled once placed.

Fee Structure & Deductions

Deductions apply if the cancellation is requested by the buyer after the grace period or after shipping:

Before Shipping (After 2 hours)	3% Deduction
After Shipping (But not delivered)	3% + Two-way Courier Charges
Accepted/Rejected after shipping	6% + Two-way Courier Charges
Snapmint EMI Finance Orders	+7% Additional Fee
Bajaj EMI Finance Orders	+7% Additional Fee

Note: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after we receive the product back at our premises. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
